1 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on 444bed, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed by 444bed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 444bed or any of its associated entities.

444bed reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued national ID, passport, or utility bill — at any stage of the registration process or during subsequent account review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

2 Deposits and Withdrawals

444bed supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on your account, or to a verified bank account registered in your name.
• 444bed does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside 444bed's control.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be limited to a maximum withdrawal of ৳5,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Complex verification cases may take up to 24 hours.
• 444bed reserves the right to conduct additional anti-money-laundering checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

3 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 444bed are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• 444bed reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be notified of material changes where practicable.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent eligibility checks, or coordinating bets with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

4 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the 444bed platform — including live casino titles, slot games, blackjack, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before wagering real money. In addition:

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. 444bed does not accept responsibility for player error in bet selection, stake amount, or market choice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 444bed will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where game logs confirm a round was incomplete, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• 444bed reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, or where the odds were clearly inaccurate due to a technical issue.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on the platform is strictly prohibited.

5 Responsible Gaming Obligations

444bed is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Furthermore:

• Players must not use the platform while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgement.
• Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.
• If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are required to contact 444bed support immediately and request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts on the platform during the self-exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed and all funds reviewed.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the 444bed platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, and software — is the proprietary property of 444bed or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 444bed. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444bed's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 444bed is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profits or anticipated savings.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside 444bed's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or natural disasters.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Decisions made by a player while gambling, including the outcome of any wager.

8 Amendments to These Terms

444bed reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

9 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of the agreement. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 444bed, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution process described in the platform's Fair Play Policy, details of which are available upon request from the support team.
